From the workshop

Built alongside Kazma.

These aren’t products “powered by” Kazma as a runtime stack — they grew up next to it. Each one taught us something about agents, trust, and real interfaces, and that craft shaped the framework in return.

Project names are working titles; the final products may be named differently.

KCA

Private

Knowledge Capital Atlas (ATLAS), a company workspace system that runs on the company’s own Windows machine: a FastAPI backend and a Next.js app, with the company’s connectors and AI in one place. It ships with no data and no credentials; you bring your own keys.

  • Connectors for Zoom, Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Teams), Google Workspace mail and calendar, WhatsApp and Telegram, each off until its keys are set.
  • Semantic search with a local embedding model through Ollama; plain keyword search when it is not installed.
  • SQLite by default, PostgreSQL for larger deployments; secrets are referenced from the system keychain, never stored in the repository.

Private

An intelligent fitness platform for muscle growth and performance, built for a founder, coaches and their athletes, in Arabic and English. It runs on the web and as a phone app for every role.

  • Coaches assign dated programs; athletes train today’s session, rest days included, and their set history and food diary are kept day by day.
  • Barcode lookup through Open Food Facts for food, with no invented macros; check-ins and form-review video clips for the coach.
  • AI coaching behind sign-in, with light, pro, elite and unlimited usage budgets.

ShipX

Private

A Kuwaiti commerce platform that lets merchants run their business through WhatsApp: an AI agent that understands Khaleeji Arabic, in text and voice notes, with a real-time dashboard for the merchant.

  • Catalog browsing, price bargaining, payment links, courier dispatch, order tracking, returns, loyalty and subscriptions, all in the chat.
  • One agent and one catalog across WhatsApp, Instagram messages, email and the merchant’s website, with every conversation in one inbox.
  • Fraud screening sends high-risk orders to a person instead of dispatching them; the model runs in NVIDIA’s cloud or on the merchant’s own GPU.

A portable personal vault for secrets, API keys, tokens, and notes. Auto-extracts multiple values from a single paste, organizes scattered credentials, and answers queries in English and Arabic. Works fully offline (Ollama) or cloud (Gemini).

Kazma itself is open source.
